One of the recent achievements of Prof Al LLC is the glass processing production, where transparent, colored, plate glasses and mirrors of Belgian Glaverbel and English Pilkington companies are exposed to various treatments. The thicknesses of glasses vary from 6 to 19mm.

Glass lamination (triplex) is performed by using the resin lamination line of German Torgauermachinenbau company. The resins, adhesive ribbons used are produced by German Koemmerling company. Glasses of different thicknesses are being tempered with the Helios company’s tempering line. Such glasses are used for the safety and strengthening purpose for different constructions.

Glass bending also is performed with the line of Italian company Moretti Forni, glass edge grinding is performed with the line of Italian company Z. Bavelloni, and various cuttings are performed by the automatic glass-cutting table of Maver company.Using the decorative and safety films, imported from French Reflectiv company, glass decoration, shading, mirroring, strengthening are easily executed.
